COVID-19 impacts and Updates

In the wake of COVID-19, we've perfected our "No Contact" shopping & consigning services with your ease & safety in mind. Here's what's new:

We will be open during our normal business hours and be accessible to you for shopping, consigning & curbside pick up services by appointment, maintaining social distancing practices, and wearing masks & gloves.


1. "NO CONTACT" SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS 

Finally, some retail therapy!

Here's How It Works: 

  • Schedule your shopping appointment by calling the boutique or using our automated appointment setting tool HERE.

  • Your can browse freely or Dm specific items you saw on our online store that you'd like to try on ahead of time. We'll set up a fitting room with all of those items in it.

  • Call when you've arrived & we'll let you in, wearing gloves & mask & maintain 6ft. distancing. No one else will be allowed in the building while you're shopping. 

  • For your safety, you can checkout/purchase the items you love straight from the Shopify app in the dressing room. Then take them home with you!

  • All we ask is that you wear a mask & gloves & you're good to go! 


2. "NO CONTACT" DROP OFF CONSIGNMENT SERVICE

We STILL need new items as our online shop is booming! Please take this opportunity to clean out your closet & consign the items you no longer love! 

Here's How It Works:
  • Schedule your drop off appointment by calling the boutique or using our automated appointment setting tool HERE

  • You are welcome to send pics ahead of time or call me via Face time to show me your items at an agreed upon time for pre-approval, or just bring everything in. 

  • Download our Consignment Agreement from our website under Consign With Us Tab at top right corner. Print & complete the agreement and add to the bag of items you'll be bringing in.

  • Call when you've arrived & we'll let you in, wearing gloves & mask & maintaining 6ft. distancing. No one else will be allowed in the building while you're consigning. 

  • Drop off your items at my receiving desk and proceed to wait on the couch in the middle of the store while I go through your items.

  • You are also welcome to browse & try on items in our dressing rooms on the other side of the store. We will maintain a 6 ft. distance from you at all times. 

  • Once I'm finished reviewing your items, I will send you a picture of your inventory and your consignment agreement with your new pick up date. You will not have to come to me to sign or pic up documents.

  • If there are "no thank you" items you need to take with you, I will put them by the door for easy pick up when you leave. I will then signal you that the intake session is complete. Simple, safe & easy!

  • If you found something you wish to purchase while you were browsing, you can buy the items straight from the Shopify app in the dressing room. Then take them home with you!

  • All we ask is that you wear a mask & gloves & you're good to go!

  • You will receive your priced inventory one week from the drop off date.


3. CONSIGNMENT PICK UP SERVICES (10+ ITEMS & WITHIN 10 MILES FROM SHOP)
Consign your items without leaving the safety of your home.

Here's How It Works: You get 60% if we accept 10+ items, 70% for select premium designer bags, jackets & dresses (See Premium Designers Here). You get 85% for Herme`s handbags.
  • Schedule FaceTime appointment or email pics for pre-approval of items at your convenience to (natalia@sellyoursoleconsignment.com).

  • Set a pick up appointment HERE.

  • Download our Consignment Agreement from our website under Consign With Us Tab at top right corner. Print & complete the agreement and add to the bag of items I'll be picking up. 

  • Include all receipts/packaging for designer handbags/jewelry/watches. If you don't have your receipt for your designer bag, we will have it professionally authenticated; and, the cost of authentication- $25.00 per bag, will be deducted from your earnings.

  • I'll call/text when I have arrived. You will then set your items on your porch, then go inside. I'll scoop up the bag/bags and take them back to the shop. Simple, safe & easy!

  • Once I'm finished reviewing your items, I will send you a picture of your inventory and your consignment agreement with your new pick up date. Simple, safe & easy!

You will receive your priced inventory one week from the drop off date.

4. CURBSIDE PICK UP FOR EXPIRED ITEMS

We are now offering Curbside service for your convenience to reclaim your unsold items. Here's How It Works:
  • Schedule your pick up by calling the boutique or using our automated appointment setting tool HERE 
  • We'll collect all of your items, bag them neatly with your Return Form.
  • Call When You Arrive
  • We'll run your return items out to your car.
